Why DeepStorage is free

Free storage usually comes with a catch. Here is who pays for ours, and why.

Updated 24 October 2026

Who pays for it

DeepStorage is built and paid for by Blaron, an engineering studio founded in 2024 that builds software for clients in the US, UK, Australia and South Asia. Blaron's client work covers the cost, so the free plans run at a loss, on purpose.

About DeepStorage and Blaron

Why we do it

We believe storage should be free for everyone. A free plan too small to use is an advertisement for a paid one; ours is meant for real use: big files, whole folders, videos you want to stream, and files you share with people who have no account.

What you get for free

Every account starts with 2 TB of storage, with no card. Link Telegram and join our channel, and your storage becomes unlimited at no cost, for as long as you stay in the channel.

What unlimited means

Paid plans, from $9 a month, are for people who add a lot every month or want several uploads running at once, and they come with the API. They also help pay for everyone else's free plan. Nothing renews by itself: a plan is arranged on Telegram and switched on once it is paid.
